Most websites are load balanced through Vhost2 and Vhost3, along with Subdomain2 and Subdomain3. Standby services only activate when primary servers fail.
Mail6 and Mail7 are primary front-end anti-spam/anti-virus blocking. SMTP service may be unavailable at times due to an anti-flooding attack geared to slow spammers. All customers should use smtp.yourdomain.com as your outbound mail server, and not mail.yourdomain.com.
LDAP are the authentication servers for nearly all services. Invalid user or password could be the result of one or more of these servers being offline.
